Danka maintains no liability for the performance of your business or damages incurred by the operations of our customers businesses. We work with 1099's, LLC's, and privately help corporations. Any work we refer to our customers is meant as a good will connection that will be vetted by both parties before the event of a transaction.

We maintain insurance for up to $2,000,000 in General liability coverage, provided by the Hartford. Our main service offerings are monthly bookkeeping, business consulting, and business organization. We work on a recurring model to help businesses in an ongoing basis. Plans can be cancelled at any time. If you let us know 5 days before your renewal date, you can cancel without a charge. Up to 5 days after your renewal date, you are eligible for a full refund. We ask for candid feedback if you decide to cancel your plan. Our hope is that you can grow from one of our plans to the next over the lifetime of your business.

We are not CPA's, nor are we lawyers. We will help you improve the operations of your business, however we do not accept liability for the operations of your business. Advice or strategy offered by our team is up to the sole discretion of the business owner to implement into their business. Max 100 bank transactions per month. Max 3 payroll employees.
