We will work initially to reconcile your accounting software. This creates a foundation for accurate financial statements. We will ask questions to understand your business practices, cash flows, financial processes, and the accuracy of your accounting software.

We are available via text, call, or email. We share your core metrics on a monthly basis. The goal of our communication is to create alignment and focus on your revenue drivers. We aim to be available within 24 hours to answer your questions.

Our team works actively in your accounting software to maintain reconciled accounts. We categorize your monthly transactions and share your core metricsat the end of every month. We use these metrics as benchmarks to evaluate your business over time. These metrics will help you understand where to focus your time on so you can outperform the market.
