Comprehensive onboarding

Our team will ask you lots of questions to understand your business practices, financial processes, and current financial standing. Our favorite businesses to work with are in their first couple years of operation.

Regular communication

We are available via text, call, or email. We set a regular meeting cadence to discuss roadblocks, share your monthly financial performance, compliance deadlines, areas you need help with, and discuss your concerns. We will share your financial performance with you over email each month. The goal is to create alignment, focus on your value drivers, and answer your questions.

Core financial metrics

Our team will work actively in your QuickBooks account. We will to categorize your monthly transactions. We will provide you with core financial metric performance at the end of every month. We use these metrics as benchmarks to measure your performance over time. These metrics will help you decide where to focus your time on so you can outperform the market.

We care deeply about helping others. While most of our work is financial in nature, we don't shy away from helping people in our community in other ways. We design business cards for service based contractors to help with marketing. We share our experience on how to form a LLC to help with business formation. We help point you in the direction of insurance options to make sure you are properly protected.
