We will work initially to reconcile your accounting software and create a high level financial analysis. We will ask questions to understand your business practices, cash flows, financial processes, and the accuracy of your books. Our favorite businesses to work with are in their first couple years of operation or those open to implementing fresh processes to solve their customers problems

Regular communication

We are available via text, call, or email. We set a monthly meetings to discuss roadblocks, share financial performance, compliance deadlines, areas you need help with, and discuss strategic initiatives. We share your financial performance with you over email each month. The goal is to create alignment, focus on your value drivers, and answer your questions.

Core financial metrics

Our team works actively in your QuickBooks account. We categorize your monthly transactions. We share your financial performance at the end of every month. We use these metrics as benchmarks to evaluate your business over time. These metrics will help you understand where to focus your time on so you can outperform the market.

Stu Young

Nate Spangle

Stu operates his business out of Califon, NJ. Stu is a wonderful craftsman. He remodels bathrooms and completes smaller construction projects for those in the surrounding areas of New Jersey. Stu has a great presence on Instagram and wrapping on his truck that has helped his business gain traction. Stu came to us in 2024, in need of bookkeeping hep. We help him to file his sales taxes, log his monthly transactions, and understand his core financial metrics.

Stu is shaping up to bring on full time employees in 2026 and is in position to have a great year of growth ahead. We help Stu with Finance and Accounting so Stu can focus on delivering high quality work for his customers.

Nate is a local influencer focused on the Hoosier state. Nate and his team travel around Indiana highlighting small towns and podcasting about the great things going on in Indiana. He delivers an incredible amount of value and visibility to his sponsors. We started working with Nate in May of 2025. Nate boasts over 77,000 followers on Instagram. He has grown the business over 400% in monthly revenue since we began working with him and has grown to a team of 4 full time employees and 15 contractors.

Danka help Nate to setup payroll, map cash flows, and measure monthly performance. We log Nate's transactions each month and help him understand what is really impacting his business. They are set up for a big year of growth in 2026. Nate plans to visit 1,000 different Hoosier cities this year and continue going bigger with his podcast.

We care about helping others. While most of our work is financial in nature, we don't shy away from helping people in our community in other ways. We design business cards to help others with marketing. We share our experience on business formation and insurance hurdles. We are active in our community in hopes that we can make a difference.
